Wednesday, February 1 (Morning)

Hop on the bus at the DoubleTree for a morning tour of the ISU Farm at Lexington. The program will begin with an overview of the history of the farm, followed by a tour of the livestock facilities (swine, beef, and sheep), the compost operation, and winter cover crop plots. Highlights of current teaching and research will be presented and will include animal nutrition and reproductive studies and the impact of winter cover crops on ecosystem services.

Wednesday, February 1 (Afternoon)

Our favorite stem-winder Monica Neubauer returns for an encore! She’ll be discussing communication and the customer experience, and how they tie together powerfully for improved relationships and transactions. Monica and her husband Mark have been self-employed and managing their own businesses for 30 years, while raising 2 children and traveling the world for weeks at a time. They have had successful businesses in entertainment, graphic design, real estate and real estate investing, and speaking. She welcomes you to laugh at or with her during this entertaining, educational and super-charged session.
