Assist in coordination of Team services relating to utilization of FamilyFarms products and services. Responsibilities include assisting Teams in planning the use of resources within FamilyFarms and FamilyFarms subsidiaries.
Assist in the preparation and achievement of quarterly and annual Team objectives and goals as identified within FamilyFarms Group suggested initiatives. Monitor’s progress and implementation of Team goal and objectives, as well as identifying goals and objectives that may not be represented within the FamilyFarms Group of suggested initiatives.
Assist with Team relationships in areas of operating processes, standard operating procedures, and maintaining good will between FamilyFarms and Teams. Assist in defining processes and procedures for assigned areas of responsibility.
Assist in the coordination, conduct and curriculum development of FamilyFarms Peer Groups as directed by Management.
Monitor each Team’s level of development/phases in the areas of Public Relations, Human Resources, Certification, Finance, sustainability, etc. and assist in evaluating and scoring each Team’s progress against objectives.
Assist Teams in defining priorities as relates to their business plan (SWOT, Organizational Handbook). Maintain Team accountability for implementation of plans and annual updates.
Update status of all Team projects in Customer Relationship Management software (CRM).
Participate in regular farm visits with assigned Teams as required or requested by the Team and or Management.
Serve as a liaison between Teams and corporate staff, vendors, and outside resources.
Participate in monthly Team phone calls with designated Team personnel to monitor the initiative process and to evaluate Team interaction with FamilyFarms Resource professionals.
Participation in Winter/Summer Conferences, Strategic or FFG Committee Meetings, and other trainings, as appropriate or as assigned.
The performance of other duties as assigned.
Travel 25-30% of the time.

Bachelor’s Degree (four-year college or university) preferred
Five to Ten years related experience in a professional position with at least 5 years in a Management or Supervisory role.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
Database or CRM knowledge and experience preferred
Strong Ag knowledge/background; Experience in Manufacturing, Operations, Communications, or Public Relations preferred
